Here is the long awaited latest episode on second season of Jamie Olivers adventure in trying to change the food system in America, predominantly in the grade/secondary school curriculum. Showing was scheduled to be in May, but pushed to June, because the circumstances in this show are real and Jamie is having a hard time to deal with authorities, and pushing forward to get funding or access to do his work and get his word across.

Underated movies people should consider viewing
There are so many movies out there that others haven't seen due to competition of other more popular new film releases or the theme and premise of the movie shown in trailers to be unappealing to the general audience. I personally found some gems that some of you may like.
Dancer in the Dark
I love to dance, but for some reason i don't seem to enjoy musicals in movies all to much, except for old Disney films but that's mostly due to childhood nostalgia. Now after all these years i can say there is one film of the musical genre that i had the pleasure of enjoying. I gotta say that Bjork is a very good actress. If this was not an independent film she would be in contention for an Oscar award, for a musician to make a transition to film and put out a performance like that is impressive. However i should also credit Lars von Trier who did a great job in putting it all together, he has proven to be a very good director, and his work is consistently proving to be top notch similar to Christopher Nolan. I think in a year or so he will be just as famous as Mr Nolan. Please all of you who want to give musicals a try check it out, you won't be disappointed.
Count of Monte Cristo
Count of Monte Cristo is another popular adventure adaptation by the famous french writer Alexandre Dumas, père. Well I'm not entirely sure how famous he is but he is the one who created the story of the Three Musketeers, and Twenty Years After (i don't think there is a film on this story, i could be wrong here). This films is the 2002 adaptation directed by Kevin Reynolds. It is a romantic adventure taking place in France, Italy, and the Islands around the Mediterranean, the focuses on the relationship of 2 best friends Fernand Mondego and Edmond Dantes, the movie touches on justice, hope, mercy, vengeance and forgiveness.
There will be more, i keep y'all posted.

Jon Stewart vs Bill O Reilly Round 2
Man i have a hard time understanding how Bill even got on air sometimes, his intelligence is really at question over these debates. His science vs religion arguments and how the tides come in and out, is beyond retarded. I'm with the belief that O Reilly is actually so intelligent that he hides it by acting a fool to get ratings, only problem is it does a disservice to the American people who actually listen to him. I also think in his quest to create this persona he most likely lost himself and became a douche bag ever since. Anyways here is Jon Stewart tearing him a new anus.

Arthur Abraham vs Andre Ward
The fight between the two top super middleweight fighters was great, i watched it to see how this super six competition is going to play out. I gotta say the super middleweight division is looking good, there are still a lot more stories waiting to be told. Once this super six competition end it will create new ranking of up and coming and season fighters alike. For one the potential rematch between jean pascal and Bernard Hopkins and Carl Froch. also I'm sure Froch wants a crack at Kessler himself again for giving him his one loss. Not many people are keen in the middleweight fights because the personalities of many of these fighters with the exception of Carl are not so charming. The dynamic between all these elite fighters in this weight division is still stale, but the matchmaking is stellar, so for all the boxing fans this is a division to set eyes on for the next two years. Andre Ward is also adjusting his fighting style since his amateur days and coming along, hopefully he can be the next bright star and bring in many classic fights to come. In the meantime we gotta wait, and focus on the smaller weight divisions with the likes of maidana, amir, sergio, williams, mayweather and many other.

Are human beings dangerous?
We have proven to be the most destructive beings on this planet. We are by nature very hubris, and arrogant, with our intelligence we can get away with many things in this earth and do great damage wherever we set path to. However our fundamental primitive instinctive behaviors is not much different then that of other animals, we are animals our selves. For all that we accomplished throughout our existence as homo sapiens, we are capable of being the most dangerous things out there.
However on a physical level, without our technological gadgets or any other sophisticated tool, we are relatively harmless as individuals. A considerable number of animals and other organisms can kill us rather easily. As a group we are highly effective and very dangerous to deal with.

Mother of Dance
I actually saw a dance video of Martha Graham at school as a kid, this was just a few months in since immigrating to Canada. I did not understand the dance, until i befriended a friend who was a contemporary dancer, it was then that i revisited my memories of the dance video long ago. I like dancing, the very nature of dance is fascinating to me, it is like another form of language, the movements become your communication. Nobody did this better then Martha Graham who is considered the Mother of Dance. The homage to her as seen on Google should illustrate how important she was in the world of dance, she choreographed over 180 dances. How she translates words to dance is so easy to understand yet profoundly philosophical at the same time, she was a deep thinker and had a beautiful mind. It is a novelty to see her dances in person back in the day, as she never allowed recordings of her work at play.
Sprinting Gear
i will provide some info on sprinting shoes and other gear one may need, if one chooses to pursue this sport. Especially teenagers out there who need to search for equipment. I write about music and other stuff, but i have extensive knowledge in the world of sprinting, that may aid the casual viewer who enjoys this kind of stuff.
A common complaint with spikes(sprint shoes), is some people can't wear certain shoes because they may have wide feet, i suggest using Asics Turbo Phantoms for this problem
I would stay away from Nike, they don't cater to those with wide feet. Another versatile spike shoes line are the ones from New Balance, these are great. Many of the shoes are geared for overweight or sedentary people. Spike wise they cater to mid-distance runners, but their spikes is not a bad investment either for the short sprints. Good thing about New Balance is that it is a common brand and can be found in many athletic retail stores.
Conventional spikes for short sprinters who specialize in 60m, 100m, and the 200m. Should specialize in the SuperFly G5 (not a G6 sorry). These are sturdy and stiff spikes which are very durable, they are popular among the short sprinters.
Now i have to add that many people are different, some short sprinters feel great in flexible spikes, and not the stiff ones, the same could be said for the sprinter who runs mid distance or the 400m where the opposite is true. People who are prone to plantar fasciitis should not be wearing stiff spikes. Flexible shoes are often worn by the sprinters who run the longer event, it is mainly used by 400m sprinters who are in between the realm of pure sprinting and mid-distance runners. Good flexible sprint shoes are from the Mizuno brand.
I gotta say personally the Mizuno brands are the best, There are 2 problems, western athletes may have with them, for one they can be expensive, wiht shipping costs and all that, and another is the spike pins itself are soldered onto the spike, so you can't replace it so it is as good as the sharpness of your spike. Other then that everyone i know who wears them don't complain of any other problems, and quite a few swear by the Mizuno brand citing it as the best gear for athletics period. They also have one of the cool designs for the newer models.
That is it for now as far as sprint gear is concerned, i will continue later with other equipment. Oh one thing I would like to add is that for any athlete in ANY sport wanting to improve not just speed, but agility you will initially need the speed in order to improve other facets of your game or sport you specialize in. For those familiar with weight training, in the realm of athletics the 100m dash is considered as a one rep max of a big lift (eg. squat), this aids as a precursor to increasing your agility profoundly for sports such as soccer or football, where agility is equally as important as linear speed (breakaway speed). Spikes allows you to train over 90% of your current maximum speed measured in time, most people use the 100m dash time as a reference point to gauge this during testing, American Footballers use the 40 yard dash as a reference point. In America where the sport of American Football is widely played, it is common practice to have their athletes participate in track and field to improve their overall athleticism before beginning a new season where they can then focus more on the game, technique, and GPP (general preparedness fitness) which is another way of saying "getting in shape".

Contemplation
it is always good to live in thought. Embrace your mind every once in awhile, people need to seek introspection, it is the best way to self improvement.

Weight Training Sprinters: Part Deux
I continue on the fundamental understandings of sprinting. We will go into weight training today. Now first thing one has to understand is that weight training is a SUPPLEMENT to the sport of sprinting. As a matter of fact weight training should be secondary to a lot of sports period. Reason i say this because a lot of people think or believe on the idea that weight training is a means to an end, this philosophy results in injury most of the time for people who are not weight lifters or power lifters.
The goal is to get good at the sport one is participating in not the weight training. I can see people get addicted because progression in the gym is more measurable and linear then with any other sport. With other sports one requires a partner to time them on their speed or other complex movements, you don't just need a coach nowadays but a team of people to monitor a whole bunch of things, so it can get rather complex, so weight training is one of the easiest things an individual can monitor. So it's established weights are of great benefit as an assist to many sports. It all has to do with ones ability to recover.
Very few people can deal with large amounts of volume when it comes to strenuous movement or exercise. A lot of people still train like this, especially high school kids for PE, and any other sport in the curriculum. The reason being it was popularized by the Russians when they dominated in the 60s-70s, and their training programs had OUTRAGEOUS volumes, i mean the kind of volume is stupid...I can't even explain it. The reason why they even survived it is because the vast majority of the Eastern Europeans at the time were taking steroids. Aside from that tidbit a usual example i present to you, is lifting very heavy weights for a lot of reps in a given workout AFTER having another tough workout before hand, this is already to much for many people, even well trained people. Not everyone can recover as fast as wolverine, now there are some peoples bio-mechanics and flexibility who fortunately prevents them from being injury prone, these are the rare exceptions, you can prevent injury by being in shape, this allows you to handle more volume without getting hurt in the process. If you cannot recover fast enough for the next work out you are screwed, you are setting yourself up to under perform and get yoruself seriously injured, this is predominantly a reason why we have coaches. The nervous system can only take so much. So naturally understanding all of this how do we avoid this?
Sprinting is a power sport, specifically it is PURE PERFORMANCE power sport. Meaning it requires a lot of power to get that body moving to top speed which we talked about on the first part. Power is speed and strength, so the lifts sprinters are concerned about is the power clean, squats (very important), the bench press to is surprisingly important, and the secondary lifts is also good to improve overall strength of the entire organism, but even more importantly is Plyometrics. Plyometrics is a set of bounds and jumps from certain depths or distances, it is orchestrated by a program set by the coach that allows the progression of the athletes ability to develop more power in jumps or bounds that can enhance their speed over time. With the exception to the secondary lifts, the big lifts like the squat and the power clean are to be worked within 80-90% of your 1 repetition max, Plyometrics should also be handled delicately as injury is goddamn freaking high if one is not careful. So if you can only squat 315 pounds you are working 80-90 percent of that and more, if you can and often times it is done with singles or doubles, which is a nice way of saying one rep or 2 reps(yes it gets that heavy). This is monitored by your coach who knows what he is doing (this is where your faith goes). You need to exercise the ability to recruit all your muscle fibers and stimulate your nervous system to generate more power relative to your body weight, once achieved you will fly.
A very important quote to remember is "less is more". Don't overdue it even if you get a personal best in your lifts or the gym, people often want to leverage their progress by accumulating their workouts in order to get a bigger adaptation. No you are overreaching here or over training yourself to failure. Workouts for sprinters should not be any more different then power sports, like certain positions in football or many of the track and field events, and even to an extent for the weight lifting sports.

Final Fantasy XIII-2 teaser trailer
This is old news by the internet standards, but i had to share with all of you lost souls who follow my crappy this video game news, on the new Japanese RPG that is coming out at the end of this year. For those that don't know the series of Final Fantasy latest installment being Final Fantasy XIII-2 is the latest in a long line of final fantasy games of the long standing franchise. I played the first Final Fantasy XIII, and it was okay but i did find it a bit to linear for my taste but it was good enough for what it was. The main protagonist "Lightening" is back with new armor, sword, and everything else with white angelic feathers. In the trailer she is confronting some mysterious rival or antagonist who dresses purple armor, with purple aura, a purple sword, and purple everything. Enjoy.

Donald Glover
I already knew much of the Community cast members were talented, however the Troy character portrayed by Donald Glover, i was completely unaware how talented this guy truly is. He is a comedian, he can hang with other comedians from the laugh factory, he is also part of the derrick comedy team who happen to be responsible for making the viral "bro rape" video which got tons of views on you tube. On top of being an actor, he is a rapper who goes by the nickname "Childish Gambino". A DJ who goes by the name "mcDJ". Lastely he is a writer, and won the Writers Guild of America Award for his work on the third season of 30 rock, where he makes a brief cameo. This guy is indeed multi talented. Here is a music from one of his rap albums, enjoy.
(joes do not feel like you are untalented. He once was an average man, who found his talents, remember average is the precursor to greatness)

I don't watch Glee (do I?), but i do watch community and i fully endorse the TV show community. For some reason i want to unite Donal Glover with his long lost father Danny Glover. Anyways for those that don't know Community, it is TV show comedy series, it centers around a study group of students who over time become good friends and go in unrealistic adventures akin to the south park crew. The chemistry is unique and dare i say it rivals the Seinfeld crew. The writers of the shows are genius, the content they write about, stringing up old pop references is gold and very well done. Actually there is so much pop reference in this show that even if you speak good English you might not get some of the jokes. Here is a parody on the Glee show (which made me want to check it out), they did on some of the most recent episodes. Notice Duncans face in the beginning.

Music and Individuality
With the population increasing all over the world places like China, and Africa who are now experiencing economic booms in their backyards are now under going some serious changes in their youth culture, going from a unified group to seeking their own individuality. What other form of subjective medians can one awaken their own inner self in, other then music? I believe music was our first language, we understand it so well, it allows us to make sense of our emotions much simpler then any other language. Even in adulthood with all the knowledge we acquire in our lives music still comes natural to us, the understanding gives us a sense of mastery, soothes and comforts us relieving ourselves from stress.
Why do people take narcotics and other stress relieving drugs, when they can just listen to some music they happen to enjoy. Are humans losing their natural musicality? I don't know, but i always appreciate all kinds of new music. I stumbled upon this underground music producer, who makes ambient beats fused with electronic, and hip-hop, he goes by the name "Flying Lotus". Here is a listen for y'all who love music

Obama don't play son
Obama roasts Trump, take a look at his face of resentment. Oh man especially in a high profile environment like that lol. Later that week the breaking news coverage on Osamas death would interrupt the celebrity apprentice show (right when he fires someone) later on Sunday.

Osama Bin Laden is Dead
well there it is folks, the cat caught mouse. What a squirmish bastard this man was, at least now US can have some satisfaction, and peace of mind on a closed chapter in American history.
Where is the location of this rollercoaster ride?
Average joes. Challenge yourself by asking yoruself where this ride might be located. I was unable to do this myself.

Death Note
I enjoy Japanese anime, here is a nice music from a comic manga i enjoyed a few years back. This is from the animation soundtrack, for those looking for alternative music. You should check this out.
The World of Sprinters: Part 1
I was always a fan of athletics, particularly the sprint events. I learned a lot about sprinters and the nature of sprinting in general. They are arguably the most powerful athletes next to weight lifters, power lifters come in second here, these guys primarily focus on brute strength. Where do i start? For one we know they are fast, but not everyone is aware of the nature of how they train, and what happens during the sprint race, or most importantly how they all got so fast anyways, they obviously had to be training, but lets be a little specific about this.
Sprinters do not necessarily have to look like ripped athletes like Usain bolt and Tyson Gay, sure they all an exceptional physique that one would expect at the world stage but their body types were more or less like that since their younger years. Some sprinters have average levels of body fat or higher, but a sprinter can be anyone (especially if you are gifted with a lot of fast twitch). Walter Dix is a good example of an elite sprinter with a high body fat unusual in the typical sprinter.
British sprinters like Craig Pickering also have average levels of body fat. The training itself is more important, the appearance of muscles have their importance but its secondary to the training itself. As you get faster you can always have the potential to look like some guy sculpted by Michelangelo. With the nature of sprinting, one would have less body fat in tropical warmer climates then in winter ones, because one can train outdoors more frequently enabling the loss of more body fat. Also in warmer climates nobody is stuck in the house either, it is to hot outside everyone is out walking around doing something with friends and family.
Lets get back to the topic of training. Training for Track and Field is very finicky because most the events are pure performance sports, meaning they are on mostly pure physical capabilities, so the nature of these sports is hard on the body. Techniques are employed but limited to limit these risks, and perform better it is no different then other team sports like basketball or football, American football, and fighting like boxing, or mixed martial arts technique is important, there is an element of skill in the sport. These team sports i listed as examples employ a versatile element of techniques that give many variables to tactics and strategies to win. In Track and Field especially sprinting strategies are very limited, i mean you only run for a few seconds in a straight line or bend or run the whole track. The strategies are mostly done through the training itself, and there is tacics in sprinting the longer events like the 400m. Also you are trying to improve your body to perform beyond the limits of what its comfortable doing, allowing it adapt over time to perform at speeds rarely achieved by humans. Not everyone sprints their hardest everywhere they go, we usually walk or jog because that is more efficient form of physical locomotion. For that reason alone, since sprinters try to reach the limits of what their body is capable of doing, they are more likely to get injured. So things have to be considered to prevent injury, strategy of training programs are very important, so the body can adjust and handle the stress of the violent forces it will be under. The programs of a sprinter are very extensive and the is a viewed more of an annual progression rather then a few months, you would typically see in a weight training program.
When sprinting everyone ACCELERATES eventually they reach top speed for about a few seconds and after that they slow down. The longer ones acceleration is the later they would hit the top speed, but if you accelerate further you are also traveling faster so you also directly affect your top speed, which will make you even faster. It does not end there though, if you have bad cardio or in poor condition, you will slow down rapidly due to a lack of speed endurance. You will see younger kids in high school during track meets stay ahead of everyone for 50 meters then fade away as everyone passes them. What that means is the person is fast, but has poor conditioning, they are unable at the moment to maintain their speeds and slow down faster then everyone else, who is also slowing down. YOU CANNOT maintain your top speed throughout the whole race, not even cheetahs can do this, you can only SLOW DOWN your deceleration. So in the end of a race, when the racer is slowly passing everyone in the final 30 meters, all it means is he slowed down the least compared to his competitors, essentially he has better SPEED ENDURANCE then his rivals and is more likely in better shape, he may also be lighter in weight but still powerful for his weight. This is an illusion to those who see others sprint. They assume the individual is simply finding a new gear and accelerating past everyone, which is clearly not the case.
Another way of looking at it is that we have Kid A, and Kid B who are on the blocks getting ready to race against each other. ON YOUR MAKRS GET SET......GO. Kid A explodes off the blocks, Kid B is a little slow to coming off the blocks. Kid A accelerates to 30 meters, but Kid B is catching up around the 45 meter mark. Around the 60 meter mark Kid A has reached Kid B who has already started to slow down. Kid A starts to fade away even more now. Kid B passe Kid A and wins the race, this race illustrates Kid B having better speed endurance, and Kid A being good off the blocks and having good acceleration. Kid A can beat Kid B if he were to train more speed endurance. There is a possibility that those who do well later in the race have more elastic power, and are better at bounding so they do well as far as speed endurance is involved, but because they lack strength they have a hard time getting off the blocks, you usually see this with jumpers who also make good sprinters. Jumpers have really good top speed because of the nature of the movement when you have reached that point in a sprint, their training of jumps and bounds is one of the ways to improve this point in a race.
Some people are naturally stronger then others, the heavy more sturdy strong individuals with good reflexes, are amazing off the blocks and have very good acceleration because of their strength, they can generate so much power off the blocks and start moving their bodies quickly to top speed, they make good indoor specialists running events like the 55m, 60m dash events. However since they are very heavy, their top speed suffers somewhat, or they have a hard time generating that kind of power in the later portion of the race, some peoples mechanics are like that. This is not always the rule though, if you are powerful(combination of speed and strength) and have a developed a good vertical jump, you can generate good forces at top speed, and effectively have good top end speed, which would make you EVEN FASTER. Even with poor speed endurance you will still prevail in some cases. Lighter people who are very strong and powerful are the optimal sprinters because they can generate so much power relative to their body-weight, they easily overcome the forces necessary to move their own bodies from static position and accelerate and achieve great TOP SPEED. Speed endurance is easy for them to train because of their lighter weight. However for everyones sake SPEED ENDURANCE takes slight precedence over acceleration training, mostly because many people are not conditioned properly for the later end of the race. Also why shave tenth or hundredths of a second of the first part of the race when you can shave of seconds in the later end of the race? Acceleration work is important for those who are not naturally strong, The element of skill for accelerating off the blocks can be taught quicker then achieving good speed endurance and top speed anyways.
I will go over more on acceleration, top speed, and speed endurance later on. However next time i would like to go over weight training for sprinters and other power athletes. I will say this top speed is the limiting factor to many people being fast, it is the the hardest thing to improve in track training. The difficulty of improving top speed, is the same as improving your vertical jump to try and dunk a basketball.
to be continued... Part 2
Average Joes of America, need to know your news
Too Little Too Late Obama
Obamas administration is undergoing a shuffle to see what the new job positions can have on the outcomes of whats currently going on around the world. Leon Panetta previously worked for the CIA as a director, he is now appointed as the new Secretary of Defense. His old job is being replaced by General David Petreus who was in charge of the war going on in Afghanistan. Mike Mullen should be announced to take over Petraus general position.
Ryan Crocker a diplomat is also now assigned to be new ambassador of Afghanistan as he is more then competent for job, seeing as his previous jobs was all over the middle east like Syria, Lebanon, Pakistan, Kuwait and Iraq so he knows the countryside well.
This is to be expected, and it's been about time since they shuffled the jobs to work with, however people are worried with what the Obama administration is going to do next. They are going after more defense spending cuts, which is not good because of the current condition the deficit is under. The goal is to finish off getting all the soldiers out of Iraq, and then the following the year get all of them out of Afghanistan.
As far as I'm concerned it is to little to late, to do this now just complicates things to do at the Senate for confirmation. It Kind of feels like doing all your school works project right before it's due when you had all of 2 weeks to do it, take your time on. We will see what unfolds, Panetta worked in the Clinton Administration as budget director, later he would be the chief of staff so he is competent for the job.

Music of the day
Music of the day, for all you music lovers, play this when you going for a run, cruising the city. Or working out to be the next mega athlete. Got some Mos Def for y'all.
Average Joes in America, cook your cute kids good food.
I love exercise and nutrition. I'm not a health nut, but i understand the concept, i know the game and what it takes to get in shape. Americans have been to slothful, and the diffusion of responsibility among parents towards their kids is reaching it's tipping point. Pretty soon everyone is going to turn into walking balls, save for those hard-gainers, but even they are at risk when it comes to cholesterol levels. I have been following Jamie Olivers Food Revolution adventures during the first season of his reality TV show, i don't like reality TV shows to be honest because they don't have much use for it one can learn from, however i can vouch for this because this guy for one has a legitimate mission to accomplish which he managed to do in his own country of England, and a realistic approach to solving the fat problem America is under for quite awhile now. He also deals with the schools foods administration, and talks with congress members, to accomplishing what the show aims to eventually make a realization at some point. He is also in the TED conferences advocating the change that needs to be made when it comes to understanding about food in America.
Jamie Oliver is a world class chef from England, his peers I'm sure people on the west would know as the hellish tyrant Gordon Ramsay, who is the creator and center personality for the other hit reality cooking show Hells Kitchen. Well Oliver did 4 documentaries detailing the dogshit food service in schools for children of England. He changed all that when politicians viewed the films and feeling embarrassed about the nutrition curriculum in the schools quickly changed and passed bills to improve the lifestyle of families eating habits. I'm sure he felt it was easy enough more or less. So he decided to tackle the US, where that kind of change is greatly needed. Well he was in for a rude awakening.
Here i will display the second season as it only aired 2 episodes so far. Do not worry about spoilers, your not missing out from the first season, the second season takes place in Los Angelas so it is a whole new chapter.

Every Average Joe trying to hustle that money
Seems everyone these days is hustling everywhere to get that money, trying to be unique and rich at the same time throughout the whole ordeal. I like the increasing rise of individuality in people it adds character, however there is a limit to all of this. I have seen a lot of desperation from those kind of hustlers on the net trying to create blogs and effectively lose themselves mentally in trying to achieve the creation of the next facebook site. The odds of that happening is rare, and i can only envision a computer savvy individual who is relatively competent in computer tech knowledge like coding for example, to pull off a site of that magnitude.
That is neither here nor there, the point i want to make is that he first thing is you need to find a niche you love, something you enjoy doing in real life, and learn more about it so that you can apply it on a blog, or site, or video if you have some skill you want to share. It is whatever you like doing that makes you happy. You provide as much content as you can, over time you learn more and apply more you gain more knowledge, your work will feel like fun, it will feel effortless. Then you can start seeing some earnings if you stuck with it, doing the right things in the process. Everyone needs patience, it is not a virtue for nothing. Things take time to develop. People don't succeed because they quit on themselves, not confident in their unique ideas. These kind of self defeating attitudes will not get you rich online or the real world.
Right now this blog feels like a diary, compared to others out there, it is just utter horseshit. However i do this blog because i enjoy putting out contents videos, and music for others to see (if there is an audience?). Creating this blog i took initiative upon myself to meet others pursuing similar goals like mine, and together share mutual ideas and networking to learn from one another, and grow. Not to sound cliche but follow your goddamn passion, and the money will one day fall on your ass.

UFC 133 headline Rashad Evans vs Phil Davis
UFC 133, Phil Davis vs Rashad Evans, to headline main event match. Seems Jon Jones is injured from the Shogun fight. Personally i find this to be a good match up, it will test Phil Davis against legitimate top competition, especially against someone who is on the rise like Rashad Evans. Phil Davis has to polish up on his stand up or he will get owned by Rashads unorthodox fighting style, what sets him apart form Davis other opponents is his speed. Look no further average joes I got you covered. I noticed blogs have to much stuff on how to make money, blog flipping, click to pay, and affiliate marketing. That is all good when money is on the mind, but every once inawhile we need to simply relax and look around. What we need is some soul up in these blogs, there is the general niche however that is not enough, we need more music. Music in my opinion is the first language learned by humans, no matter what perception one has, the understanding is mutual when it comes to melody. Here I got y'all some nice music, to ease your soul. Average Joes making use of their skills
There is no questions the largest army in the world is us "The Average Joes", we are the collective majority, but we need an honest discourse with ourselves share the skills we have and provide to our fellow men/women. Boxing
I love boxing, it is my first love of sports. I watched it with my dad when i was a kid, and together we saw many memorable fights. That being said, I'm here to talk about the sweet left hook. I boxed for six years, I'm no expert like Freddie Roach but i can tell you the left hook is a very useful punch. A lot of people like to feint and throw the big right, or just do a 1-2 jab right combo. NO no no that is all good and dandy if your in MMA with good timing, but in boxing that isn't going to cut it in the world of the sweet science. You need to have amazing footwork and set yoruself up for a nice feint, put it all together with a good counter left hook your enemies will not even see it, even at the world stage if set up perfectly, drops opponents cold, or sends them to queer street.
We have a new rising star, the sensational Nonito "Flash" Donaire. Goddamn this kid can move, you want footwork watch his fights, you want to see fists that teleport from his waist to the guys face? Now you know where to look. The Left hook is the perfect remedy for fighters who come in with a lazy jab, or straight right. You need to attack with conviction if you don't as you start doubts yourself, your opponent will notice openings. That's when you can go in for the kill, by focusing your thoughts into the perfect timing, BOOM.

For those average joes that do not know who is Alistair Overeem
It is no secret i enjoy watching MMA, it is the growing sport in the world today, and aside from it being an exciting sport, there is much to learn from martial arts, and average joes should take note of this.
Anyways today i want to talk about Alistair Overeem who currently is the strikeforce heavyweight champion, also holds the dream heavyweight championship belt, and the prestigious K-1 Grand Prix Heavyweight belt. He is the only fighter to hold world class belts in 2 different fighting disciplines, one in MMA and another in kickboxing, quite historical.
He is famous in Europe and japan, but very little is known about him in North America. He is a rising star, and will prove his worth soon enough. I cannot stress enough how well put his biography is in his quest to his achieving the highest honor in the fight game. The videos are here on The Reem Website. You can follow him through all the media outlets, and buy his merchandise there. Also I will be posting his season 2 of his biography in coming to America. Stay tuned folks.

Average Joe on his day off
When we work hard, contributing to society, we average joes need a break, whether it is on our day off, or we are unemployed wasting time. If you do have access to the internet, you most definitely viewed the big time waster sites such as you tube, and other forums of your interest. Well here for the day i will provide you some nice gems of human creativity i have found on you tube, and boy oh boy does you tube have many gems.
Average Joes who appreciate the growing sport of MMA
Okay, i am a huge boxing fan, but have grown to love MMA as well. Average Joes should take interest in combat sports because we need to know the art of combat to protect ourselves when nothing is available to us, also it is an innate quality in all of us to want to see who are the best fighters out there with fighting spirit, they demonstrate throughout the chaotic violence discipline in training, motivation, lack of fear, and tenacity to reach to the top and become champion of their domain, or you can just see it as Alpha Male macho stuff. I been watching fights since the pride days, way back in 2001. Here are the legends of the previous generation. This is backstage to fights in the now defunct PRIDE organization held in japan, it was truly in my opinion the greatest mixed martial arts organization to date, now being held by UFC, however i have to say the presentation of PRIDE and its fighter roster was very entertaining and unique. Here are videos for all of you to enjoy, back in the day. Remember the great Fedor said that he was nothing special, he trained hard with his average genetics and made the most out of his abilities, so he is the super average joe, see we have it in all of us fellow joes.
Here is Alistair Overeem having fun with quinton rampage, playing game of their video game characters. For those that don't know Alistair will be known soon enough within 2011 or as early as 2012 here in America if he solidifies himself by winning a few more fights, he has potential. However what many do not know is he has been in the fight days back when he was very young, and a lot lighter. You will notice his physique from then to now, it is impressive.
Overeem now holds championship belts in K-1, Strikeforce (now bought by the UFC), and Dream. He has had his fair of losses, but to come back and improve beyond many peoples expectations is impressive to say the least.
Here is another video of the legendary cro cop back when he was in his prime, and rutheless, #2 pound for pound fighter at the time, fighting top ten opponent Josh Barnett, for spot to be the number one contender to face the king of all fighters in MMA at the time Fedor Emelianenko.
Here is the rematch of Wanderlei Silva vs Cro Cop. Here Cro Cop has grown as an MMA fighter coming out of K-1 and the heavily undersized Wanderley would not get his way like he did the first fight, tough tough guy nonetheless.

Average Joe who likes videogames
I enjoy video games as much as the next guy, but luckily for those who enjoy to watch others play or get a taste of what the game play is like, there are a few sponsored testers now in you tube. My favorite to view when i want to see what new quality games are out there, is from tester Rydar Games. He makes quality walk through with normal difficulty for one to gauge the challenge a game may be. There is no narration just the game, so for those annoyed by testers talking about whats going on, then you can rejoice. You can even ask him for future requests on games you want to see before you make the big step of purchasing it yourself.
visit http://www.thegamestation.tv/game for more information and you can play more games while you waste time at work or at home.
If you want to see Rydar Games walk throughs go to

Average Broz
Shout out to Average Broz, my new favorite weight lifting academy in North America. Here is where we may finally see a break through in weight lifting training, and actually grant us the possibility of seeing a few Americans rise up the rankings, probably even more in the future. The unique plan to use the Bulgarian System in a way that suits the average person is genius by Mr Broz, many who attend the gym demonstrate strength feats we average joes thought possible, fortunately you can learn it to. Join his website to learn more, his philosophy is sound. If you all want a shortcut to wanting to be bigger stronger faster, sorry there will be none of that, just handwork like everything else in life.
here are strength feats by those attending his gym.
Pat Mendes is the future star, and he is still a young man, plenty of time to improve be on the look out for him folks. Here is another young guy who is new to the game and is already a big talent Rob Adell doing some nice deep squats, the way it should be done.
This is achievable believe me, you need dedication, hard work, good nutrition to get healthy, and fearlessness to excel beyond what you think is possible. Not just in weights but in anything you desire in life, you need to work hard, no ifs ands or buts.

For all the joes out there that have trouble getting out of the Friendzone, here are tips to not fall in that abyss in the first place
How Do I Avoid The Friend zone?
The friend zone is a horrible trap unless you actually want to be friends. But wait we are talking about finding love here, the kind of love we guys want your not gonna find in friendship, lets face it, you have plenty of friends, and whats another one going to do for you, unless they are your wing man or wing woman, then yeah, but when you want a girlfriend or a wife, husband or boyfriend, no this is not ways to go about it. It is most commonly sprung not by the woman, but by the man on accident. Instead of having the confidence to be obvious that he is attracted to the girl, he allows his fear of rejection to control him so much that he instead keeps his attraction secret. He then moves in closer to the girl under the disguise of just friends when he really is interested in more. This, leads to friend zone.
You see my fellow joes, women decide fairly quickly whether or not they would want to consider you as a romantic partner or not. Within the first few meetings they will certainly have an idea on whether or not they see you as potential. If a woman decides that quickly on whether or not she sees you as “potential” or as a “friend”, then what is the point or purpose of spending much more time with her before finding out where you stand?
A lot of guys spend weeks, months, and sometimes years hanging out with a girl he secretly is crushing on. If her mind was made up on him 2 weeks in, then what is he doing 1, or 2 year later still crushing and still clueless as to whether or not he has a chance? What if she decided early on that she only views him as a friend? What the heck was he doing to himself sitting there developing a bigger and bigger crush over the course of a year? He’d have wasted a years worth of his time, that’s what he is doing to himself.
It is very important to find out where you stand openly and honestly with a girl very early on. If you have a romantic attraction to her, you need to pursue her romantically, not hang out as pals until you’re comfortable or to wait for her to send a sign and make a move. That’s not how chemistry is build, that’s how it’s destroyed. This is how friend zone happens.
It all comes back to how you respect yourself. Self respect is very important for a person, it enables you to unlock what is already there, it gives you purpose and it arises conviction in your actions. If you respect yourself then you know that you deserve more than to crush on her secretly and waste time not finding out if there is a future. A man with a healthy level of Self Respect will not tolerate wasting his time, he’s got his life to worry about.
The way to avoid friend zone is refuse to be just friends. If you make it clear early on, “I’ve got enough friends, I’m interested in seeing you.” Then you won’t be friend zoned (don't do this literally guys, this must be implied). Also if you are in a first date, just literally be yourself, try to relax yourself, yet use actions to dictate the mood and how things should go, flirting and body contact are important but that's different subject entirely. If she is interested and you make it clear without any doubt that you are, then you end up dating. If she isn’t interested then you move on and do not become friends. Just part ways respectfully and that’s that. If you still want her as friends, only do it if you are over it. If you will still end up wondering if there is a chance, get out. It’s done. In order to get you back she’s going to have to prove she’s had a change of heart otherwise you’re putting yourself at risk and a man with Self Respect won’t allow that to happen.
Be upfront. I’ve seen guys say, “I’ve tried hinting that I like her”. Wrong. You do not hint. You straight up ask the girl out or say something to her that tells her straight up how it is. Just remember one thing, Never Confess Your Feelings. This is important. You shouldn’t be telling a girl just how much you’re crushing on her, not at least until you’re in an exclusive relationship for a period of time, or until you know beyond a shadow of a doubt that she also has a major crush on you. If things are equal, then it would be safe to discuss that type of thing.
If you fall in these kind circumstances, try not to over think things, it will just cause you misery, you will analyze everything and it will paralyze your actions. Just go out there and just put yourself out of your comfort zone, experience will dictate your progress in the date game, you need to know that you will fail, but you will not die, you can always get back up. When you find out you have nothing to fear, it will become second nature to approach women, as you become less tense, your mind gets more focused with clarity, things go smoothly and soon you will have opportunities not just for having a girlfriend, but meeting people all kinds of different people you wouldn't have met otherwise.

How to properly use Plenty of Fish, if you are not a model (mainly for guys)
Living in Vancouver, Canada i can tell you this province is particularly savvy in computer tech. Nonetheless because of this, online culture is vast and rampant and the dating world is quickly going online. Vancouver is the province of Bachelors, for many reasons or another people have become very picky in selecting who they want to date, it has become the Los Angelas of Canada.
First off when you sign, onto this site, if you want to take it seriously and not be a spam man or play find the crazies lol, then you need at least 2 pictures. Spammers can have usually only one pic, hacked by someones account, stolen on the web, or friends playing pranks on their friends, plenty of fish seems to be a good prank site for the hopelessly romantic.
While filling out your profile, do not try to bull shit your qualities to much, because it is real people you are dealing with, and one way or another your profile tells them who you are, and they will use what they read about you in a conversation, so if they find out the many lies you put down, that may be a deal breaker, as trust is important in any relationship. This is relatively simple to understand but people still do it, to appease their pretentious minds.
It is a numbers game, and psychologically you will have to deal with rejection. So you have to pump out those messages like your doing Articling (or whatever they call it in Law School). I know guys are not good at this, since women i have spoken to personally who use the site frequently, even those on the site itself state on their PROFILE how men should stop writing back angry messages for reasons being why they are not being responded to, so pay attention to whats written on the profile. You can only imagine now how they deal with rejection in the real world, could possibly not even ask women out if they know they will feel this way. So in other words be prepared to face rejection A LOT of rejection. Because this medium is online, LOOKS and aesthetic BEAUTY, and whatever pictures any people can see and relate to give that instant attraction, it is profoundly one of the most important qualities unfortunately to have on the site for the unfortunate. Being beautiful has its great advantages if your woman and a man, you just put your profile there with mundane sentences and the people will come in droves with messages. However we are humans, and as such attraction we see attraction in many forms, not just appearance but in what we pride ourselves in best our brains, the mind itself.
So you dont look like tyrese or brad pitt, not even close to looking like ryan gosling if you take pictures from an angle either, or get that perfect pose like Kim Kardashian and other starlets. However if you can write like Ernest Hemingway, or Charles Bukowski you can potentially become the next Hank Moody. Even if you cannot write good, eventually if you put in enough effort and write creative elements about yourself to the person you are writing to, they will appreciate it and write you back and a conversation will ensue. The goal here is to keep it around a few messages before asking someone out, to build enough rapport and trust to meet in person. This can be tricky for men, if they rush things, the woman will feel pressured, and if you take to long, she assumes your not very romantic and can possibly be boring, thus starts losing interest. If you can find some method of writing that gets attention, stick to that and revise, refine it according to the women you meet, do not try to copy word for word either because they will know, women complain a lot about copy and paste messages from guys. Creativity is key.
For guys in particular put effort into your profile as if it was your provincial finals for English exams. Or your Essays at the university level if you have the ability to do so. Do not pay to much attention to the women that have an ever ending list of what a man needs, don't feel compelled to call her out either it is a waste of energy, let people figure out the troubles for themselves they dont need strangers pointing it out for them. If you feel the list is ridiculous for the requirements they want in a man, just simply move on, as you get used to this it will make it easier to move on when dating in the real world. Sometimes you will meet users with unrealistic qualifications or expectations to meet someone, often times the vices they say they hate, is the vices they themselves portray when you actually get to know them, so study the profile carefully before you attempt on the quest dating them. If you follow with your penis, and you end up meeting the girl and find out she is a crazy, well you did not read the profile well enough. As for ladies, its relatively easy to spot a douche, if you pay attention to the pictures and interests (eg style of clothing, ed hardy, other kinds of colorful clothing etc). Also his writing style, and what he is looking for, often hang outs you can find a great number of douches lurking in this category. The fortunate thing with women is mens profile are direct in and of itself so you get what you read...Almost.
"Looking for" this is very important thing to look for in the profiles as well, when you see users while searching you can often see what category they are looking for, and people that want to get laid are usually in the 'hang out" category. "Other relationships" and "intimate encounter", or also categories for the hedonistic man, the only edge you can have in these categories is if you are very attractive or good at writing dirty talk, the average joe usually stick to "hangouts" where you have a higher chance of meeting someone not as picky, and expectations are not so high since the bulk of users put themselves in this category anyway. "Activity Partner" is for those wanting to meet acquaintances or potential friends to do extra curricular activity with outdoor activities perhaps, this category also houses the implied horny crowd to if you look hard enough, if that's what your into. For the most part though, if you want to attempt to gather friends to go hiking then you venture into the "activity partner". "Friendship" is just how it is stated friendship. This category just like "Long term", means that users here are genuinely looking to invest in someone potentially being a commitment, you will not find the majority of people in this category as the majority of plenty of fish users are in it to predominantly get laid, sometimes the "Long Term" can even be deceptive for those just wanting to get laid, the trick is in reading the PROFILES. The tricksters in this site are the ones looking for a bang bang thank you mam sort of crowd.
When you look at the ladies picture profiles, be sure to see ques if she is overweight. If she is taking bathroom pics from a distance chances are she may be a butter face where she looks good from far, bad up close, or a banging body and not so good face. If they take pictures from above, this also means they might be packing, since the angle of the shot hides their stomach, but the breasts are visible. Basically if they pose in ways it hides the midsection you have been warned.
For women the site is relatively easy to use, so the article is more based on the men, also i can only speak of this site for the demographic and experience whom i have talked to in the place i reside which is Canada. If this is absurd to you in new york, it may also be because it is New York and people go about things differently, then here. I am open to suggestions on how online dating should be interpreted, remember these are my observations and tips on what you can do to improve your odds of dating on this site.
